The menu is built around manicures and pedicures. The signature Elan Manicure and Elan Pedicure both include a soak, scrub, massage and polish of choice, and the Elan Pedicure adds a sugar scrub, callus removal and a hot stone calf massage. Themed pedicures include a 24-karat gold scrub, a Botanical Herbal option that uses dried herbs and essential oils with either a house blend or a blend the client designs, and a Jelly Pedi with a soy-based wax arm and shoulder massage. An Expecting Mom Pedicure is designed for expecting mothers. Gel and dip options are available, with gel limited to natural nails and not combined with tips.

Facial options are a 40-minute Mini Facial customized to skin type and condition, a 60-minute European Facial with steam, extraction and massage, and a 60-minute Men's Skin Care Facial. Lash services include tinting, perms, lash designs, full-set extensions and refills at two or three weeks, and brow services include tinting, shaping and waxing.

The salon says it uses single-use bowl liners and disposable pumice, emery files and buffers, and sterilizes metal instruments in a medical-grade autoclave. It describes a source capture ventilation system that removes fumes at the source, and says its pedicure chairs have a double check valve on each hand sprayer and are certified to ANSI/UL safety standards. Floors are covered with non-slip porcelain tile.

Appointments are booked by phone, and customer service or quality concerns are handled by email. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and closed Sundays. Teachers and active military personnel or spouses receive 10% off with a valid ID at checkout, which cannot be combined with other discounts.
