Returning clients can book refills: a classic refill at two weeks, a 3D refill for shed areas of 3D sets, or a volume fill for clients who already wear volume extensions, provided at least 40% of them remain. Lash removal is also offered, done with a remover.

The nail menu includes Russian manicures at Junior Master, Pro Master and Top Master levels, along with a dry version with no polish that covers cuticle cleaning and shaping. Gel manicures are done without hard gel and use premium-grade polishes. Structured gel is offered for new artists and as Structured Gel X extensions in medium and long lengths. Nail art options include designs, chrome, a cat eye add-on and French manicures, and single poly gel extensions and artificial nail removal are available. According to the studio, the cuticle work from its Russian manicures lasts four to six weeks.

Gel removal with drill and builder gel with add-on color are also on the menu.

Appointments are booked online with a valid credit or debit card. Late cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged 30% of the scheduled service price. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may get a shortened service or be asked to rebook.
