A visit is a longer appointment, and treatment visits include education on prevention and on how the face changes with age. Complimentary 30-minute injection and skin analysis consultations are held with a licensed provider, and a weight loss consultation is required before the weight loss peptide is started.
The practice has partnered with AYA Skin. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.
A $150 fee is charged to the card on file for no-shows and for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Services and gift certificates are not refunded; refund requests on prepaid packages are issued as credit. Retail products are not refunded, but defective products can be exchanged for the same product within 14 days. A referral program adds a $50 credit to a client's account after a referred friend completes a first appointment.
