The business offers non-surgical treatments, which it describes as medical-grade, and says some of its options suit every skin tone. According to the salon, its providers are master-level. Physicians certified by their board supervise the work, and each service is carried out by a licensed clinician with formal training. Nurse practitioners, registered nurses, laser specialists and aestheticians take part in continuing education on the treatments and their protocols. The salon also reports being a Top 250 Account with Allergan Aesthetics, a ranking it says places it in the top 1% of accounts nationwide.
A first visit starts with an intake questionnaire, a review of medical history and a skin assessment, and ends with a custom treatment and skincare product plan. Clients are told about membership options at that visit. Consultations are required before dermal fillers, thread lifts, and laser and light treatments. Botox, Dysport and Kybella can be received during a consultation visit, while other treatments are booked as separate appointments. Most treatments are not offered during pregnancy or while nursing, though some facials are, and clients are asked to call the clinic. Treatments are offered to clients aged 13 and up. Minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present, and valid photo ID is required for both.
Memberships are central to the pricing. Botox Banks let clients prepay for 100 units at $10 per unit, against a regular $13 per unit, which the practice states is a $300 saving. Tox Club ($20 per month), Glow Club ($175 per month) and Vow Club ($470 per month) each carry a six-month commitment. Perks include member pricing on treatments and skin care products, VIP Botox pricing, and included sessions such as LED light therapy, dermaplaning with facials, microneedling, a BioRe Peel or HydraFacial Deluxe. Complimentary membership treatments do not bank, and memberships cannot be frozen. After the initial six-month term, a membership can be cancelled in the ElàMar+ app or by contacting the clinic.
Booking and payment run through the ElàMar+ app, and clients can also call, text or book online. Payment plans are provided through Cherry Technologies, with a 0% APR option and interest-bearing plans as low as 5.99%. The minimum down payment is $250, applications do not involve a hard credit check, and approvals go up to $10,000. Gift cards and packages are sold through online booking. Cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours notice or a $100 fee applies, and Nashville also charges a $100 fee and requires a new appointment if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late. Nashville parking in the Sylvan Supply surface lot or decks is free for the first two hours, and Decatur offers free parking at the front and side of the clinic.
Care starts with a first-visit assessment and a custom plan, with memberships offered as an option at that stage. The practice describes its treatments as non-surgical and medical-grade.
