Clients can book through the salon's Square page. Opening hours are Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the salon closed on Sundays.

Braiding is a major part of the menu. Two-strand twists and individual braids are done in the client's own natural hair with no added hair, and kids' braids follow the same method. Women's cornrows are offered with braiding hair, and men's cornrows are also available. Weaves include crochet, quick weave and a basic sew-in. The basic sew-in includes a wash, conditioning, a blow out, a braid down, a seamless sew-in over small cornrows with a leave-out of the client's choosing, and a cut and style by flatiron or curls.
