Every trim or cut includes a shampoo and conditioning treatment. A protein or Olaplex treatment can be added during the appointment if there is enough time once the hair has been assessed. Trims cannot be booked alone for hair that arrives already washed and blow dried or flat ironed. For silk press and shampoo, condition and blow dry appointments, clients are asked to arrive with Protein Potion already in the hair so the salon can wash it out before the service.

The aim is for clients to understand and maintain their hair between visits. For at-home care the salon recommends Nasara Organics, and for clients in protective styles it suggests Follicle Scalp and Strand Moisturizer alongside Mizani Miracle Milk. Questions can be sent by phone or email.
