The practice works from two locations on Wisconsin Avenue. The main office is at 5530 Wisconsin Ave., Suite 530, and the laser clinic, Chevy Chase Dermatology Center, is at 5454 Wisconsin Ave., Suite 1400. Laser treatments start with a consultation at the main office, and the treatment itself is then scheduled at the laser clinic. The laser clinic takes laser appointments on Monday mornings from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and on select Monday mornings it offers Vbeam, blue light photodynamic therapy, Tixel, Fraxel, UltraClear, IPL and Vivace RF.
Appointments are booked by text or by phone at 202-838-3016, and the main office accepts text messages only for scheduling. Telehealth visits through Doxy.me run on several weekday mornings, but only for existing patients.
The practice does not take insurance. Patients pay the full cost of each visit when they book it, and the office supplies forms so that patients can ask their own insurer for partial reimbursement.
The practice offers both medical dermatology and cosmetic treatments. According to the practice, its cosmetic treatments rely on advanced technology and cosmeceutical products that have been clinically tested.
