The studio works by appointment only. Clients can book by calling or texting (814) 661-6560, through an online form, or by Instagram direct message. New and experienced waxing clients are both welcome. Brazilian sessions usually take 20 to 30 minutes, eyebrow waxing about 15 to 20 minutes, and full body appointments anywhere from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. Brazilian services take place in a private treatment room.

Before a first wax, clients are asked to let hair grow at least two weeks after any shaving. For a Brazilian, hair should be about a quarter inch long. Clients are advised to exfoliate a day or two ahead and skip moisturizer on the day of the wax. The studio suggests rebooking every four to six weeks, and says most clients find about four weeks works well depending on how quickly their hair grows. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50 percent of the service cost at the next visit, and no-shows without notice are charged the full cost.
