Effortless Spa

Effortless Spa started as a bridal studio and later became a head spa, in the same home in Old North Knoxville. Grace Rochat is one of the owners.

The studio is built around head spa treatments. A visit begins with the guest describing what their scalp is dealing with, such as tension, dryness, buildup, or a need for a reset, and the ritual is shaped around that. Staff explain each step as they go.

Three head spa services are offered. The Essentials, at 45 minutes, includes a scalp scrub, a conditioning mask, and a soothing scalp massage. The Revitalization Ritual, at 60 minutes, adds exfoliation, an essential oil scalp massage, red light therapy, and a shampoo ritual. The Signature Indulgence, at 90 minutes, is the longest option, with extended massage, red light, scalp exfoliation, essential oils, and customized treatment steps.

Guests can book a Bring a Friend add-on, which schedules a double appointment for two people, and both guests receive 20% off. For these bookings, the friend's full name and phone number need to go in the appointment notes.

The studio is a cozy, retrofitted space with dedicated parking and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Services are by appointment only and are booked online through Mangomint. The studio is open daily except Sundays. Gift cards can be bought digitally through the Mangomint gift card page.
