Visits typically start with a full consultation, after which the stylist sketches a longer-term plan around the client's goals. When booking a blowout, haircut or color, clients are asked to speak with the receptionist to help choose a style. Color formulas are blended to each client and saved in a computerized database so that future visits can match them.
The salon offers women's and men's haircuts, coloring, balayage and ombre, keratin and smoothing treatments, perms, braids, updos and blowouts. Stylists cut and style curly hair and maintain luxury blonde highlights. Styling lessons are available, including how to do updos and curl at home.
