Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm. Walk-ins may be possible, but the spa strongly recommends booking an appointment for every service. Several treatments carry preparation guidance, such as avoiding aggressive exfoliation and certain skincare actives before a HydraFacial, and clients with certain conditions are asked to call before booking.
