Services cover brows, lashes, makeup and makeup classes. Brow options range from a quick arch to an arch with fill-in, and brow sculpting is taught as a class. Lash services include strip lash application, full lashes and cluster lashes paired with a brow arch, with an eyelash class also offered. Makeup ranges from natural eye makeup and glam eye looks to soft glam, a natural-to-glam look, a VIP glam service, a soft service for men and bridal makeup.

Booking is done through the site. Deposits are not refunded or transferable if an appointment is cancelled, and same-day cancellations, including on holidays, are charged the full service price. Appointments on Sundays or Wednesdays carry a $175 charge. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged $10. Downgrading a booked service keeps the original price, while adding or upgrading is allowed. If inclement weather affects an appointment day, the deposit can be moved to a later date within 30 days without refund. Clients who cannot pay in full or do not use Afterpay are asked to text the number on the booking page. A first no-call no-show must be paid in full before rebooking, and a second means no further appointments.

The studio runs a loyalty program called the Beauty Faithfulness Reward Program. Members earn 10 points on signing up and 10 points for each booked session attended, except on Mondays, plus 1 point per dollar spent on services or products. Points can be redeemed for 10% off all bookings or for 10% off the lowest priced item in the cart. eGift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and expire 12 months after purchase.
