Eden's Touch Therapy

Eden's Touch Therapy is a massage and bodywork practice with a Plymouth, Minnesota location at 14332 21st Ave N, Suite 200, and a Holden, Missouri location. Sessions are also available over Zoom. The business says its work supports the body's own healing and that therapy can benefit the body physically, mentally and spiritually.

The treatment menu covers CranioSacral Therapy, a light-touch method aimed at easing tension in the fascia and fluid around the brain and spinal cord; deep tissue massage, which works layer by layer without heavy pressure; fascial release; orthopedic massage, an advanced sports-based approach focused on rehabilitation and prevention for a diagnosed condition; sports massage for muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue; prenatal and postnatal massage for pregnancy aches, pains, swelling and discomfort; and reflexology. Raindrop Therapy combines the Vita Flex method, reflexology, massage techniques and nine essential oils. The business lists conditions its work addresses, including anxiety, brain injury, bulging disc, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, sciatica, TMJ syndrome and whiplash.

MAP, short for Make Anything Possible, is a separate offering the business describes as a neuroscience-based intervention for a range of life issues. Each MAP client starts with a 45-minute discovery call to see whether it is a good fit, and sessions then follow a customized plan. The business makes its own claims about what MAP does, including lasting changes to the brain; these are its statements rather than established results.

Scheduling depends on location. The Minnesota location takes appointments Monday through Thursday by appointment only at 763-398-0365, and the Missouri location takes appointments Monday through Friday by appointment only at 816-732-7066.

The practice aims to support the body's natural healing by locating fascial restrictions and combining techniques to release them.
