Each visit starts with a personalized consultation. Every Korean lash lift and brow lamination is adjusted to the natural strength, growth pattern and previous chemical history of the lashes or brows, and the studio's stated priority is the health of the natural lash and brow. Services offered are brow and natural-lash treatments only; the studio does not offer lash extensions.

The lash menu centers on the Korean lash lift, which can include a tint in black or brown. The brow menu covers brow lamination with sculpting, precision shaping with wax and finishing care, with an optional custom-blended brow stain for an additional $25. The Eden Effect combines a Korean lash lift, tint, brow lamination and sculpt, precision brow shaping and finishing care in one visit, and can also be paired with the brow stain.

Wedding parties are handled separately from the online calendar. Parties begin with an inquiry and usually book three to four months ahead. Lash lifts for the group are done on a Saturday reserved for the party, scheduled within the week before the wedding, and are priced per person at $129. The Eden Effect is also offered as a wedding-party option, with pricing given on inquiry. Travel is available for select lash and brow appointments, including bridal mornings, with a personalized quote provided after a travel inquiry.

Appointments are booked online through Mangomint. A deposit of $30 applies to most services, or $50 for The Eden Effect. The deposit goes toward the total bill and cannot be refunded. Before a lash or brow visit, clients should come with those areas clean, with no leftover mascara, lash adhesive, oil or residue from products. Children and extra companions cannot join clients during treatments. Every visit comes with a Silk Protein Treatment to use at home, a spoolie brush and a printed aftercare card.
