The spa describes itself as a boutique facial spa and holds that beauty starts from within, through holistic, healthy practices.

Visits begin with a conversation about the client's concerns and goals, and each treatment is customized at the appointment. The facial menu includes the 45-minute Eden Express Facial, the Eden Facial with massage and extractions as needed, and the Bespoke Facial, a signature service built around each client's skin. The Teen Facial uses a double cleanse, customized exfoliation, light ultrasonic extractions and a soothing mask. Dermaplaning can be added to any facial, and the Back Treatment and Restorative Oncology Facial are also offered. The oncology facial is for clients during or after cancer treatment, and those clients should contact the spa before booking.

Beyond facials, the spa offers organic sugaring for brows, lip, chin and cheeks. The sugar is applied at room temperature and clings only to hair and dead skin cells. Brow services include design, shaping, tinting and lamination for unruly or curly brows, and lash services include lifts and tints for natural lashes. The Fit for a Queen experience combines a foot bath, a 90-minute Bespoke Facial, hot oil scalp massage, hand and arm massage, foot massage and a brow tint in one visit.

Online booking is open around the clock, and gift cards are sold through the booking site, which also has the full service list, seasonal offerings and prices. An online waitlist is available if no suitable time is open. Clients can call or text 503-914-7286. To find the entrance, go to the back of the building from Molalla Avenue, behind the Wichita and to the left of the big tree. Appointments require a credit card, which is charged only for a no-call/no-show. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations may be charged the full scheduled service. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule, and the spa accommodates changes where it can. The Boss Clinic has its own website at thebossclinic.com.

Treatments are customized at each appointment after the provider talks through the client's concerns and goals. The spa uses holistic, healthy practices and products free of artificial fragrance.
