Color options range from an all-over single tone and partial or full highlights to glazes that add shine, refresh color and blend roots, and a consultation for uneven color or color mishaps. Men can book color that is anywhere from subtle gray blending to a full change. Cuts are offered for men, women, boys and girls, each shaped to the client's features, age or everyday style.

Repair and treatment services include split end repair, a bond building treatment meant to protect and strengthen hair and reduce breakage, and a deep conditioning treatment for dry, damaged hair. The salon also offers a Brazilian Blowout smoothing service for frizz, which it says lasts for weeks. Updos and wash-and-style services are available for special events.

Every visit begins with a consultation about what the client needs, what they like and what they are hoping for. The salon welcomes all hair types and styles and is accepting new clients. Bookings are made through the online system, where clients pick a service and a stylist; the stylist reviews and confirms each request by email, and a deposit is requested by emailed link after confirmation. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, with Sunday available by special request only.
