Clients can book a free 30-minute consultation before choosing a service. Some services take a $25 deposit at booking, and flat twists take a $10 deposit. Cancellations can be made online or by text, as early as possible. Missed appointments without a call are charged the full scheduled price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.

The range covers ethnic hair services such as wash and blowdry, semi-permanent rinses, root color and balayage, along with roller sets, silk presses, relaxers and flat iron styling on relaxed hair. Curly cuts are designed around each client's curl type, and clients can bring their own products to talk through during that appointment. Color work runs from root touch-ups and partial or full highlights to hand-painted balayage. Extensions, sew-ins, crochet styles and wigs are offered, including a wig sewn down with no glue or adhesives. Brow services include eyebrow tint with permanent color and a relaxer formulated for sensitive skin. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with varying hours and closed Sunday and Monday.
