The studio treats both women and men, and says it is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes clients of all genders. Work is done with the Lutronic Clarity II dual-wavelength laser, which combines 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG wavelengths, and the system uses cryogen cooling during treatment that the studio says is meant to protect the skin and make sessions more comfortable. Settings are chosen for each client's skin tone, hair thickness, density and treatment area, and treatments can be adjusted to reduce hair density and thickness without removing every hair.

Every new client starts with a free consultation to talk through skin, hair and goals, followed by a health intake and a laser consent form before the first treatment. The studio does not treat clients during pregnancy. Before appointments, clients are asked to shave, since waxing, tweezing and threading remove the follicle and should be avoided; shaving is the only hair removal method recommended between sessions. Clients are also asked to avoid direct sun and tanning for two weeks before treatment and for seven to ten days afterward.

The studio says most clients need six to eight sessions for the best long-term results, and says most men need around six to eight sessions for optimal reduction, depending on area, density and skin tone. Full face treatment covers the cheeks, chin, upper lip and jawline. Brazilian treatment can be booked as full coverage or shaped into a strip or triangle. Full leg sessions cover the upper thighs down to the feet and toes and take about 20 to 30 minutes, while underarm treatment takes only a few minutes of laser time.

Payment is due at the appointment and major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and cash are accepted. Packages of six sessions and installment options are available. Digital e-Gift Cards can be bought in any amount, are delivered by email instantly, do not expire, and can be used toward any laser hair removal service. The studio states a 5.0 average rating and more than 500 happy clients, and says it is BBB-accredited.

Treatment plans are built during a one-on-one consultation to match hair type, skin needs and goals, and laser settings are matched to skin tone, hair type and treatment area.
