The salon says it focuses on natural nails and avoids harsh chemicals and strong odors. It states that its products use certified organic ingredients, that they are all-natural and USDA Organic certified, and that they are free from sulfates, parabens and GMOs. Products are made in the USA and Japan. Polish comes from 7-to-10-free brands including OPI, Zoya, Kid Licks and Presto, and Presto long-lasting base and top coats are used. The salon says its kids' polishes are made from edible ingredients.
On the hygiene side, the salon says it sterilizes its instruments. Each pedicure client gets brand-new tools from a sealed package, and pedicures use jet-less foot baths. Disposable, single-use tools are used for permanent makeup. The salon says its pedicure technicians are trained to recognize fungus, warts and ingrown toenails.
A visit comes with a complimentary heated neck wrap and drinks. Alcoholic drinks are limited to one per customer, and proof of age is required for them. Gift cards are available. Booking ahead is recommended. The salon is open Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is open on Sundays by appointment only. Prices are not posted online, so clients are asked to call for pricing. Pedicures take 40 minutes or more, manicures 25 minutes or more, acrylic, dip powder and Apres Gel-X services about 55 minutes, and permanent makeup appointments about 90 minutes.
