Ecology Room was founded by Nichole Dunst, a licensed esthetician and holistic health coach who spent more than six years as a flight attendant before moving into skin care.

Her signature offering is the ECOLOGY Signature Facial, a customized treatment that begins with deep cleansing and enzyme exfoliation, with extractions when they are appropriate, and finishes with a botanical masque chosen for the client. Each session includes facial massage, lymphatic drainage, and massage of the hands, arms, décolletage and scalp using botanical aromatherapy. Gua Sha, facial cupping and reflexology may be added depending on the skin's needs and the length of the session. The signature facial is priced at $140 for 60 minutes, $160 for 75 minutes and $180 for 90 minutes.

For breakouts, the CLARITY Acne Facial is a 75-minute treatment for active breakouts, priced at $180. It uses gentle acid exfoliation, a hydrating masque and blue light therapy, and adds lymphatic drainage with massage of the neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp.

Collagen induction therapy is available as a MICROCHANNELING treatment. Each one-hour appointment costs $300 and uses a fine micro-filament device to make tiny channels in the outer layers of the skin. The channels can also allow growth factor serums to be absorbed more easily. A package of three MICROCHANNELING sessions is $850.

Before any treatment, Nichole takes time to learn each client's history, lifestyle and goals. Virtual Holistic Skin Consults are available on Zoom and last 60 minutes. Clients complete a skin and health history questionnaire in advance, then receive a personalized care plan covering skin concerns, product routine and health history. The consult costs $225 and includes a $75 credit toward suggested skincare products.

Beyond in-person care, the business offers a range of plant-based, biocompatible skincare products online and offers free shipping on orders over $150. The Ecology Skin Code is a separate online learning program with modules, classes and lessons on a private platform, priced at $997 paid in full or four payments of $125. The founders' pricing includes lifetime access to the material and future updates, and the price is expected to rise. The paid-in-full option also includes four months of group coaching and access to a private community.

Treats skin as supported rather than forced, working with the skin barrier, microbiome and nervous system, and favors the least invasive tools needed to help skin regulate and repair over time.
