Ecobrow Inc sells its own eyebrow products and also offers eyebrow appointments. The studio and headquarters is at 489 S Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills, and appointments are also offered at a second location at 120 N Larchmont Blvd, inside Thirteen Lune in Larchmont Village.

The product range covers five items: Defining Wax, Defining Crayon, Defining Gel, Micro-Line Pencil and Defining Brush. Defining Wax and Defining Crayon come in six shades, from Blonde through Soft Black. Defining Gel is made with argan oil and is described as giving a clear, flexible hold with a glossy finish that does not flake or harden. The Defining Brush has an angled side for applying wax and a spoolie side for blending.

Every product is $26.00. Standard orders within the U.S. ship free, and two-day domestic delivery is available for an extra $6. Orders going abroad are sent by DHL at a flat rate that varies with the order total. Unused items may be sent back within 30 days if they arrive in the state and wrapping they were sent in. Buyers can then choose a swap or a refund, and the buyer covers the return postage. Shipping fees are not refunded.
