The salon's focus is on attentive service, quality products and a calm space with very few chemicals. It uses natural and organic products, describes itself as eco-friendly, and says it is American owned with an English-speaking staff. Pricing is set at conventional and value levels, which the salon frames as an American luxury standard.
Manicures and pedicures come in tiers. A classic service includes repair oil, nail care, a shiatsu-inspired massage and a warm towel wrap. The Ancient Asian Royal Ritual versions add a scrub and reflexology massage, and the Eco Deluxe versions add an organic paraffin wax treatment. Add-ons such as nail art, French, gel application and removals can be combined with these services.
Behind the scenes, towels are laundered with a plant-based detergent, pedicure bowls use a removable pipe-less whirlpool system, and spa liners are used for every pedicure. Files, buffers and pumices are never reused and can be taken home on request. The salon also has a sterilization room with a surgical-grade system, recycles plastic and paper, uses LED and CFL bulbs where possible, and runs Eco Rewards, a free loyalty program.
Customer service, high-quality products and a relaxing, low-chemical environment guide the salon, with natural and organic products used throughout.
