Natural hair services include silk presses, loc maintenance, twists, protective styles, and hydrating treatments. Relaxed hair services take at least 120 minutes and include a shampoo and conditioning treatment. Locs can be done as two-strand twists, braids, loc laces, or rod sets. Pricing for natural and relaxed hair, and for locs, may rise with hair length and density.

Most services require a deposit, which varies by service. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late carries a $25 late fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
