Every service includes a relaxing shampoo, blowout and style. Prices are base prices for existing guests and vary by stylist, and not every service is offered with every stylist.

New guests can choose from five packages. The Basics covers a consultation, color matching or formulation, fresh color, shampoo, haircut and blowout. A Hint of Blonde adds a mini highlight and a toner to a consultation, shampoo, haircut and blowout. The Blonde Roast builds custom highlights with a toner, shampoo, haircut and blowout, and a second toner is an extra charge. Not the Usual pairs a consultation and custom color formulation with shampoo, a conditioning treatment, haircut and blowout. Keep It Simple is a consultation, shampoo, haircut, blowout and style.

Extensions are made with 100% Remy human hair. Clip-ins start at $200 in lengths of 14 to 22 inches, are color matched and cut to blend with natural hair, and need no follow-up appointments. Tape-in extensions start at $400 for the first visit and $75 or more for maintenance. Fusion extensions start at $150 for an initial volume visit, $600 for volume and length, and $85 per hour for maintenance; tape-in and fusion are done with Paige. Bead row extensions start at $600 for the first visit and $150 for maintenance, with Paige or Yvonne. Overall extension prices generally run from $300 to $2,500 or more, depending on current hair, the desired look and the method. Extensions need maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks to be moved or removed and reapplied, and reinvestment every 6 to 18 months depending on method. Removal starts at $32. The first extension visit includes the hair, application, a blending cut, a blowout and styling tutorial, and care products. The first extension consultation is free and later ones are $25. A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer holds the application appointment, which is usually about two weeks after consultation.

Hours are by appointment only and subject to availability. Monday is by appointment, Tuesday through Thursday runs 10 to 8, Saturday runs 9 to 3, and Friday and Sunday are closed.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. Less notice incurs a 20% fee, and 24 hours or less incurs 50% of the service cost. A no-show incurs a 75% fee, and rescheduling requires a $20 booking fee with a card kept on file. A deposit is required to book and can be transferred if rescheduling falls outside the cancellation limits, but cancellation and rescheduling fees cannot be applied to a future appointment. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean services are adjusted, and repeated lateness leads to a 15-minute buffer charged as a service. After two no-call no-shows, a client may be asked not to return or to pay for the full booked appointment upfront, at the stylist's discretion. If the salon cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the client receives 10% off their next color or extension appointment. Work is adjusted within 10 days of the first appointment when it falls within the agreed session timeline; changes of mind after the agreed final look are charged as a new service.

Education comes first, with stylists explaining the process and teaching clients how to recreate looks at home, and mentorship, cooperation and care as the stated basis.
