The approach starts with education. Clients are helped to understand their skin before any treatment is recommended, and the treatments on offer are non-invasive, described by the business as research-backed, and tailored to each client's skin. Several services begin with a skin analysis, including the monthly Custom Peel.

The menu is organized into groups. HydraFacials run from The Clean Face HydraFacial at $190 to the Signature Hydrafacial at $220 and the Premium Hydrafacial at $318, with members paying less. The Advanced Facial Therapies group includes Light Infusion and CO2 Lift Pro facials, Vortex microdermabrasion, a series of LightWave LED sessions, and ProCell Therapies microchannelling, which is offered for the face, face and neck, or face, neck and chest. Clients who are established with the studio can book ProCell by phone, while new clients need a New Client Consultation first. Restorative Touch facials include a Tween Skin 101 facial for tweens, the Fundamental Facial, the EB Skin Luxe Facial and a Gua Sha Facial. Luxe and Gua Sha are for guests 18 and older. Head spa services come in a 75-minute Luxury version at $195 and a 45-minute Essential version at $125. Waxing and tinting cover face, body and brow work, plus lash tints, lash lifts and brow lamination.

Practical details: the studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 to 5 and Saturday from 10 to 4, and is closed Sunday. Clients should arrive 10 minutes early to park in the designated spots behind the building, sign a consent form and settle in. Phones should be set to vibrate. Cancellations need 24 hours notice or a $50 fee applies, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged half the service fee. Students of all ages receive 10% off services. Gratuity is not included in service prices.

Beauty Cult Membership costs $99 per month with a 6-month commitment, and cancelling within those first six months carries a $50 fee. Members receive member pricing on popular services, 15% off retail, early access to events, priority scheduling, and two free Fundamental Facial vouchers each year. Membership credit is usable for treatments and retail for 35 days and cannot be refunded or transferred. Members may freeze the membership once a year for up to six months.
