The salon says its focus is whole hair care, covering the follicle, the scalp and the ends, and that its services are all-inclusive. It states that the health and integrity of the hair comes first, and notes that color results are not guaranteed.
The salon describes itself as the original mobile barbershop experience through its sister business, CEO Mobile Cuts, which was established in 2020 and offers barber services for all ages. The CEO Mobile Salon launched in May 2024 with curly cuts, two strand twists, rod sets, silk press and bridal services. The mobile salon is housed in a converted shuttle bus that can stay at one location or travel to clients. Mobile add-on pricing starts at $100 for the first 25 miles within 40 miles of Southfield, plus $3 per mile beyond 25, with the final price set by distance.
The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Booking opens on the 27th of each month, and requests outside current hours go on a waitlist with a $50 upcharge; requests within current hours carry no charge. Add-ons cannot be booked alone and must go with a standard service. Clients are asked to arrive with hair detangled, or deep detangling is $30 per hour extra.
Children's services for ages 4 to 11 start at $35 per hour and must be requested by email before booking; parents or guardians may attend. Beauty consultations are $50 in person or on Zoom, and color services require a consultation on a separate day, including a questionnaire and a patch test.
