The studio is run by its owner, Brianna Rubino, who has been a professional waxer for eight years. The studio's stated aim is for clients to leave happy, confident and with the results they wanted, and to keep them as comfortable as possible during each appointment.

Clients book online through the studio's GlossGenius page, and gift cards are available. The portfolio page shows before-and-after photos for eyebrow, neck, back, underarm and half-arm waxing. Some intimate services carry a deposit for new clients who have a penis, and photo identification is kept on file for those clients at the time of service. Cancellations made within 24 hours carry a 30% fee, though it may be waived if the appointment is rescheduled. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may lead to a shortened or cancelled appointment, and no-shows are charged 50% of the service fee with a card on file.
