Guests can take a complimentary tour of The Spa Lounge and use its relaxation lounges before or after treatments. Lounge access is free for up to 30 minutes after a spa service, subject to availability. Spa water, tea, coffee, champagne and snacks are offered to every guest. At the Roslyn Day Spa, guests change into a robe and sandals in a resort-style locker room and can settle into a Zen Lounge afterward. The Nail Spa has a pedicure room with a glass door, and a VIP manicure room is available on request.

The facial menu starts with a 25 to 30 minute Express Facial at $75 and includes Essential Facials, dermaplaning, a gua sha version and Hydrafacial services from $225 to $360. The Valmont Ritual is offered as a Complete version of 60 to 70 minutes at $330 and an Intensive version of 90 minutes at $420. Facial add-ons include LED light therapy, extractions, an Eminence Organics peel, a golden remineralizing mask and a Guinot eye lifting treatment, each priced from $55 to $70. Body scrubs and wraps (Dead Sea Healing, Forest Therapy Restoring, Rose Indulgence and Revive & Tone) run 60 or 90 minutes. Serence Luxury Body Firming is listed without a price and uses the CELLU M6 endermologie treatment, which is available only at the Roslyn location.

Massage options include the Detox & Lifting Treatment, a wellness massage based on traditional cupping that combines acupuncture, Qigong, moxibustion, gua sha, Tui Na, gliding cupping and stable cupping. It is priced at $90 for 30 minutes, $180 for 60 minutes and $270 for 90 minutes. Nail services cover classic, gel, powdered gel and Gel-X options, with French and ombre finishes, along with artificial nail repairs and removals. Eyelash extensions start at $150 in Silk, $175 in Mink and $200 in 3D, with a free touch-up within one week. Fill-ins are done every two to three weeks, and an eyelash perm (also called a lash lift) is $80. Membership plans are Regular at $300 yearly or $25 monthly, and Premium at $1,500 yearly or $150 monthly, with a one-time $14.95 enrollment fee. Regular members get a complimentary manicure or 10-minute back massage each month and 10% off, while Premium members get a complimentary one-hour Swedish massage or Essential Facial each month and 15% off. Both discounts exclude hair services.
