A visit begins with a free consultation with no obligation. Appointments are booked online through Vagaro. Office hours are Monday 9:30am to 3:00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm, with Sunday closed. Men have consultations through a separate entrance in private rooms, and evening appointments are available for men's treatments. The business says it has treated more than 1,000 men.
