Rather than booking through a front desk for a general appointment, clients contact the stylist or technician they want to see directly. Reception hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, and Sunday visits are by appointment only. Street parking is available in front of the salon, and there are lots behind the building and across the street.

The hair team covers a wide range, from men's and women's cuts and customized color to dimensional blonding, balayage, highlights, Brazilian Blowout smoothing, keratin treatments, perm-based texturing, hair extensions and updo styling.
