Haircut or color consultations are complimentary, run about 30 minutes, and cover hair history, goals, home routine, maintenance and budget. Hair loss consultations, also complimentary and about 30 minutes, look at scalp and hair loss concerns along with habits and factors such as water quality, medications and nutrition. They use Malibu C Head Lab technology to examine the hair follicles and scalp.
Every service includes a cleanse, deep conditioning, a scalp massage, and a blow-dry or diffused style, plus a complimentary bonding treatment. Color ranges from base root color starting at $100 to the Signature Service, an all-inclusive, individualized color for full correction, vibrant shades or major changes such as dark to light, starting at $350 and taking several hours. The salon says its color work aims for individualized results while keeping the hair intact.
Booking policies ask clients to give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. The Booksy listing states 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Changes made with less notice may be charged 25 to 50 percent of the booked service cost, and no-shows without notice may be charged 50 to 100 percent. Clients with repeated cancellations may be asked to prepay 25 to 100 percent for future appointments.
