The studio's services are grouped into color, consultations, extensions, foils and styling. Consultations are complimentary and last at least 30 minutes, covering a color or extension quote, a maintenance schedule and home care. A deposit is required before booking a color correction or an extension install that follows a consultation.

Color work ranges from toners and men's color to all-over color, balayage and creative color. Creative color usually begins with pre-lightening, then vivid shades, and finishes with a bond builder, a clear sealant and a blow-dry. Color correction is billed hourly with a four-hour minimum. Foil services place foils around the hairline and through the crown for a partial application, or throughout the whole head for a full one, and both include a bond rebuilder and blow-dry.

Extension services cover iTip adjustments, extension removal, Undetectable Row tape adjustments and Sew In Weft adjustments. An Undetectable Row adjustment involves removing the extensions, extracting tape and residue, shampooing and blow-drying, then reinstalling with new tapes. Styling services include a shampoo-and-style, a wet braid option with Dutch braids, and upstyles for special occasions.

The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the total service to the card on file. Gratuity is accepted in cash but is not expected. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
