Pedicure basins are non-jet and disinfected after each use, and the business describes its tool sterilization as hospital-grade, using autoclave technology.

The signature European pedicure is done dry, without water, unless a warm soak is requested. Nail art and French services are not included. A membership can be frozen for a $10 monthly fee after one full monthly charge, and it can be gifted to someone else through the app. Members can book a manicure and a pedicure in one visit. Menu prices are before a 20% gratuity, which is added at checkout and goes entirely to the nail artist.
