The work centers on brunette hair that is starting to gray. Gray blending may use custom highlights with toner, or a demi or semi-permanent color for a translucent result. Gray coverage can use permanent or demi-permanent color, depending on how much gray is present and how long the client wants the color to last. The studio does not lighten brunettes toward blonde to soften gray; it builds dimension within brunette tones instead.

Signature Services include a personalized consultation, a custom color plan, a haircut, a finished style and maintenance advice for home care. The Brunette Experience is recommended as the safest first booking for most new guests. Clients who are unsure between gray blending and gray coverage, who have used box color, or who have a longer color history are suggested to book a consultation first. Most visits fall every six to twelve weeks, depending on technique and goals.

Appointments need to be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead, and hair services are non-refundable. Payment is accepted by Square, major credit cards, Cash App and Afterpay. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early and to bring inspiration photos, their color history, their home care routine and any recent salon treatments.
