The manicure menu includes a 20-minute regular manicure with nail shaping, cuticle grooming and hydration, a lower arm and hand massage with lotion, and a choice of polish. A 30-minute spa manicure adds cuticle work, paraffin, and a hand massage with scented oil. Gel polish manicures finish with LED-cured gel in a choice of shades, which the salon says can stay shiny for up to two weeks.

Pedicures are the core of the spa menu. A 30-minute regular spa uses warm hot stones and hot towels, while a 60-minute Special Deluxe Spa is a five-step collagen and organic pedicure with two scrubs, a mask, hot towels, six hot stones, and paraffin with lotion. That service comes in a lavender or a tropical version, the tropical one using a vitamin C mask and eucalyptus lotion. The Ultimate Herbal Spa runs 70 minutes and includes a herbal product of the client's choice, eight hot stones, a foot soak, callus treatment, and a hot stone massage.

Nail enhancements include acrylic, pink and white with a clear gel coat, liquid gel, powder gel, dipping powder, and ombre nails, with fill options for several of them. Acrylic can be finished with white tips on request, and coffin or almond shaping is available. Polish changes cover removals, soak-offs, French, and free-style designs. Waxing is offered for the face, arms, legs, underarms, chest, back, and bikini and Brazilian areas.

Kid services are for children 10 years old and under, with simpler manicure, polish, and pedicure options. Beverages including water, soda, white wine, red wine, and beer are offered during a visit.

Staff follow a sanitization protocol that puts client cleanliness first. Tools are sterilized and disinfected after each use, buffers and files are used once and discarded, and every pedicure is done with a liner.
