DZGLAMM is a private studio in El Cajon owned and run by Daniella Zora. The work began with lash artistry and later grew into facials and skincare, so the menu now covers lash extensions, lash add-ons, facial treatments and short enhancements.

Lash work is the core of the studio. Each set is mapped to the client's eye shape, natural lashes and daily lifestyle, with a lash map drawn on under-eye gel pads before application. Doll eye, cat eye and fox eye looks come from that mapping rather than from a different product. Styles run from Classic, with one extension on one natural lash, through Wet Set, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and clients who want less upkeep can book a lash lift and tint instead.

Facials begin with a one-on-one skin consultation, after which a treatment protocol is tailored to the client. Six 60-minute facials are offered, covering acne, anti-aging, brightening, deep pore cleansing, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion, along with a 60-minute chemical peel. Deep cleansing and manual extractions are included when the skin needs them, with no separate booking. Facials are also offered for sensitive skin, hydration, glass skin and men's skin.

Four enhancements of 15 to 30 minutes can be added for $15 each: contouring gua sha, a neck and shoulders massage, red light therapy and a revitalizing scalp treatment.

The studio also runs a hands-on Lash Technician Masterclass in El Cajon. There is a 3-day Beginner Course and a 5-day Premium Course that adds two studio shadow days. The curriculum covers lash techniques, sanitation and safety, business and client management, marketing and branding, and legal and financial basics. The business reports more than 50 certified graduates.

Lash sets are custom-mapped to each client rather than applied from a fixed template, and facials start with a skin consultation before a tailored plan is set.
