The menu runs from simple trims and bang trims to full color work. Haircuts range from trims to transformational cuts in a chosen style such as curls, straight, a rollered blowout or a spiky blowout, and include a shampoo, conditioning treatment, head massage and styling. Clipper work is not part of the haircut service. Color options include basic all-over color going darker or lighter, root touch-ups for coverage, creative placement such as money pieces, peekaboos and block color, vivid highlights, and full vivid transformations from roots to ends.

Treatments are a clear part of the menu. A tea tree scalp treatment with hair detox and steam is aimed at oily hair or product buildup, while a hydrating treatment using Redken ABC is offered for dry or brittle hair. A K18 and Olaplex treatment is recommended for bleached, compromised or chemically damaged hair, and a combined scalp and hair health option pairs the tea tree and hydrating treatments. The Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing service that leaves hair straight.

Several services are priced as starting points, and the business asks clients to request an accurate quote for creative placement, vivid root touch-ups, vivid highlights, full vivid transformations and hair tattoo or buzzcut designs. New clients with previous color history are asked to book a consultation first, which covers expectations, maintenance, at-home care and questions. A silent appointment is also available, where conversation stays on hair topics after the initial consultation.

Deposits are required for most services and are non-refundable, but they go toward the appointment and can be used for a rescheduled visit within 30 days. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours, and clients who do not get in touch about a cancellation are charged that fee. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook with a new deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
