Beyond color, the studio offers scissor cuts, a longer Haircut Ritual that starts with a scalp and hair assessment, and clipper cuts for existing clients. Hair extensions are offered in K-tip, tape-in and no-sew weft methods, and head spa treatments, blowouts and velcro roller sets are also on the menu.
New clients are asked to contact Abby by phone or through Instagram before booking, and online booking runs through the studio's Comb site. Walk-ins are welcome. The lot has free parking, the studio offers wifi, complimentary beverages and snacks, and the space is wheelchair accessible. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice carries a 35% fee, and less than 24 hours' notice carries 50%. A missed appointment requires the full balance and a deposit before rebooking, with exceptions only for true emergencies or illness. Extension installs and platinum blonding need a consultation first, and corrective color may require a signed waiver. Gift certificates from $10 to $1,000 can be sent by email or text and are non-refundable. Payment is accepted by major cards, mobile wallets, Venmo, Zelle and cash, and Klarna, AfterPay and Affirm are accepted on qualifying orders.
The studio builds its work around color and treatments using its own product lines, and it states that it supports the LGBTQIA+ community.
