Hair is the core of the menu, covering cutting, color, highlighting, perms, relaxers, blowouts, updos and extension work. Brow tinting and waxing of the brows, lip and chin are also offered.

Clients book through the salon's GlossGenius page. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee, and after a no-show a non-refundable deposit is needed before the next booking. All Over Bleaching and Toner and Extension Installation require a $75 deposit. The salon is open Thursday and Friday from morning to 7 PM, Saturday until 2 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday and Sunday.

Cuts are priced by the service: a kids' cut, a clipper cut, a male cut that includes wash, cut and blowdry in about 30 minutes, and a female cut that includes shampoo, conditioner, cut and style in about 45 minutes. Color work ranges from a quick grey-blending color and glazing to root touch-ups, partial and full highlights, high/low highlights and face framing. Consultations for cuts, colors and perms are free and booked for 15 minutes.
