Visits are booked by appointment only, either online through GlossGenius or by calling or texting the studio. A first visit starts with a consultation about the client's hair history and goals, and pricing for services is confirmed during that conversation. The color consultation itself is complimentary and is used to plan color, timing and upkeep. Color correction is quoted after a consultation rather than at a set starting price.
