Guests can book online or call or text the salon. First visits start with a short form about hair history, goals and preferences, sent before the appointment, followed by a consultation about goals, maintenance, lifestyle and realistic options for the hair. Every color service begins with a personalized consultation and includes a signature shampoo, conditioning treatment, blow dry and style. Color pricing depends on stylist level, hair length and density. Haircuts are booked separately from color, while extension maintenance can be added to a color visit. A haircut or blowout takes about an hour, gray coverage or retouch about 1.5 to 2 hours, and highlights, blonding and dimensional color often more than 3 hours.

Extension work begins with a consultation, which the salon requires before every extension service. The consultation looks at natural hair, density, texture, scalp health, goals, lifestyle, maintenance and budget, and plans are customized to each guest. Depending on the method, the salon collects a deposit, custom-orders hair and schedules installation. Sew-in weft move-ups run every 6 to 8 weeks, I-Tip move-ups every 6 to 8 weeks and tape-in move-ups every 6 to 10 weeks. Hair toppers and mesh integration are offered for thinning or lower-density areas. If a bead slips, guests can book a complimentary 15-minute Quick Fix.

Curly services are performed by KurlPro Certified stylists. A KurlPro Curly Haircut is a dry cut shaped to the natural curl pattern, followed by cleansing, conditioning and styling. The KurlPro Curly Wash N' Go cleanses, conditions and styles to refresh curl definition. Color services can be paired with either curl service. The salon's treatment menu includes Kérastase options and a Keratin Treatment that uses the salon's Signature Keratin technology to reduce frizz and add shine, which the salon says cuts blow-dry time without changing natural curl or wave pattern.

Booking policies: a credit card on file is required to reserve appointments, and cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total and no-shows 100%. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a 50% fee. Children may come along only when receiving a scheduled service, and pets are not permitted, though trained service animals are welcome. Salon services are non-refundable, but concerns raised within three days may lead to adjustments within two weeks at no extra charge. The salon is open Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, and is closed Sunday.

The salon looks at the condition of a guest's hair and scalp before recommending a cut, color or extension service, and talks through timing, upkeep and cost before a guest commits. It says its top priority is supporting the health of natural hair while adding the fullness, length or shape a guest wants.
