The salon is in Garland and serves women, men, and children. Each visit starts with a one-on-one consultation to check hair condition and talk through the desired look, and stylists learn each client's preferences before braiding. The space is described as welcoming and comfortable, made for relaxing through a long session. Techniques are designed to limit tension on the scalp, and the salon shares tips for caring for braids and locs at home.

The menu is broad. Other styles include Bohoo box braids, half braid and half weave styles, tree braids, micro braids, layered or tribal braids, and braid take-downs, plus touch-ups for existing braids. Cornrow options include feed-in, stitch and goddess cornrows, lemonade braids, cornrow ponytails, and men's cornrows and braids. Locs and dreads include starter locs, maintenance, dread extensions, soft locs, and micro locks. Twist styles include Havana, kinky, Marley, micro, and Senegalese twists. The salon also offers crochet braids, which it says can last about 4 to 8 weeks with proper care, and sew-in service. Teen braids are offered for ages 10 to 16.

Hair is not included in the service price. Clients can buy braiding hair from the salon, which also sells hair care products, or bring their own. The salon lists brands it works with for client-supplied hair, including Freetress per-stretch, Cuban twist from Equal for kinky hair, Expression 3X per-stretch in 42 and 52 inches, and African Collection Expression braiding hair in 86 inches. It says it uses products that nourish and protect hair.

Policies: a deposit is required to book. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it goes toward the total cost of the service. Payment is due before the service. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and a no-call, no-show is charged half the price of the booked style. Clients cover any transaction fees for payment apps such as Cash App and Zelle. Services are not performed on dirty hair, and for stitch braids clients should arrive with hair shampooed, blow-dried, or flat-ironed. A consultation before service is strongly advised.
