The massage menu runs from Swedish and deep tissue to hot stones, prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage for clients who have not had recent surgery. Facial work includes buccal and intraoral massage of the mouth, cheek and jaw, and a non-invasive Myofascia Lift and Sculpt for the face and neck. Some services have limits: deep tissue is not done during pregnancy, and lymphatic drainage is not offered after procedures such as liposuction or a tummy tuck.

The signature Japanese head spa is a one-hour session combining scalp treatment, waterfall hydrotherapy, an eye mask steam and LED hairbrush scalp massage. It also includes a foot scrub and a Swedish massage of the arms, shoulders and neck, done lying on the back. Clients arrive with detangled hair free of extensions, braids, clips or ponytails, and chemical hair services are avoided for a week before and after a scalp service. A short blow dry can be added to the head spa only, and it does not include scalp analysis, cuts or styling.
