The Bridal Beauty Collection begins with a personalized skin consultation and customized skin prep. A makeup and hair trial of two to three hours, with two looks, comes before the wedding day, which includes makeup and hair, veil and headpiece placement, a bride touch-up kit with full-size lip color, and strip and/or individual false lashes. Pricing is given after a free consultation.

Makeup lessons can be booked privately for one person or a partner, in a 90-minute session covering skin preparation, foundation matching, powder selection, eye technique, blush and bronzer, lips, highlighting and contouring, and false lash application. Group lessons or makeovers run two hours for a minimum of four people. Champagne and strawberries ($15 per person) and a cheese and cracker platter ($8 per person) can be added on, and friends who book together for up to four people receive $50 off each.

The business also runs a Level 1 Makeup Artist Certification course, Beauty Basics and Building Your Business, which totals 18 hours over six school days with three hours per day and a class size of four to six people. It covers skin preparation, color theory, face shapes and corrective techniques, eye and lip work, special events makeup, kit organization and sanitation, business insurance and contracts, marketing and budgeting, and ends with a Certificate of Completion. Fifty percent of tuition is due at booking.

Event dates are reserved only with a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit and a signed contract. Bridal consultations and trials are not refundable, though complimentary re-do trials are offered. Call times before 6am carry an early arrival fee of $100 per artist or stylist, which varies by location, and locations more than 20 miles outside the local studios carry an additional travel fee. Parking and valet fees are charged to the client, and a vendor meal is required when artists work more than six hours at an event or shoot.
