New clients complete a client application and book a consultation, and first-time guests need an in-person consultation before their first install. Returning clients reserve through an online booking form. Installs take about 2 to 4 hours depending on the number of rows, and each set is custom colored and placed to suit the client's lifestyle. The salon does not install outside hair. It sources its own hair and color-matches it. The install price covers placement, blending cut and style, and hair is charged separately unless noted.

Extensions can last 6 to 12 months with proper care. Slide ups are maintenance visits usually done about four weeks after install, taking 45 to 90 minutes, and maintenance is usually needed every 4 to 8 weeks. Professional removal is recommended, and the salon removes and refreshes rows. Aftercare guidance is offered for hand-tied extensions and keratin treatments, including sulfate-free shampoo, gentle detangling, heat protection and extension-safe products without heavy silicones or proteins. Extension color can be customized to blend with natural hair, and at-home coloring of extensions is not recommended.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations are accepted up to 36 hours before the appointment; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. A shop section sells hair care, styling products, tools and accessories, including items available in the salon.

Each extension set is custom colored and placed for the client's lifestyle, with a focus on helping clients present themselves authentically and feel confident.
