The studio views facials as part of regular skin care rather than an occasional treat, and it states that facials can help with stress, exfoliation, deep cleansing, circulation, skin aging and skin barrier function.

Treatments use two professional lines. DMK is botanically based and centred on enzyme therapy, while Image Skincare is clinically based and relies on proven ingredients and botanicals. The studio describes its products as clean and clinical, paraben free, with plant based inks and dyes, recycled packaging, and no animal testing.

Makeup is removed during the cleansing step at the start of each appointment. Custom facials come in 45, 60 or 90 minute versions at $100, $120 and $150, and include a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions as needed and a hydrating mask, with the 45 minute version leaving out the mask. The 90 minute version can include LED therapy or diamond microdermabrasion. Other facials include an LED therapy facial, a shorter classic Teen Facial for younger clients, a Back Facial and the Cheeky Facial for the buttocks.

Peels are 60 minute treatments priced from $115 to $130, aimed at concerns such as acne, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, uneven tone and rough texture. The DMK Enzyme Treatment Level 1 is a two hour session in which a mask stays on for about 45 minutes and tightens as it sets, with Normatec boots included. Level 2 is only offered to clients who have already had Level 1.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice; later changes are charged the full service cost. Facial packages are 15% off for two to four sessions and 20% off for five to eight sessions, mixed across facial treatments, but do not apply to waxing. First responders, military members and teachers receive 5% off, which cannot be combined with other discounts. Afterpay is accepted, and gift cards can be bought online.

Views facials as regular skin care rather than an occasional indulgence, pairing botanically based DMK enzyme work with clinically based Image Skincare products.
