Manicures run from a basic service to versions with gel polish, and the Tranquility Manicure includes a paraffin treatment. Pedicures include the Jelly Pedicure, the Serenity Pedicure with aloe vera, the Glow & Go Pedicure with a tropical fruit exfoliating scrub, and the Royal Retreat Pedicure, which adds a hot stone massage and paraffin. Reflexology is available in 10, 20 or 30 minute sessions priced from $15.

For longer-wearing nails, the salon offers Biab gel, Gel-X, builder gel, dip powder, acrylic and poly gel enhancements. Prices depend on shape and length, and maintenance that goes past two weeks is treated as a new set, as is repair work on more than four fingernails.

Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, since late arrivals may receive a shortened service or be rescheduled. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may carry a fee. Problems with a service should be reported within three days and will be corrected at no extra cost. Children who are not receiving services must stay supervised.

The salon uses professional-grade products and sterilizes and sanitizes its tools between each client. Clients are asked to mention allergies or skin sensitivities before a service begins.
