Manicures and pedicures form the core of the menu. Manicures range from a basic service with cuticle care, filing and a hand massage up to longer options with sugar scrubs, paraffin and massage, and gel polish can be added to most of them. Pedicures run from the Essential version, which includes a cut, shape, buffing and a hot towel, through jelly, herbal and Royal Retreat options that use soaks, scrubs, paraffin or hot stone massage. The Herbal Pedicure includes a herbal soak to take home, and the Royal Retreat includes soy candle oil to take home.

Nail enhancements include acrylic fill-ins and full sets, dip powder overlays, poly gel and TAP gel fills, Biab gel, GEL-X, builder gel and tip extensions. Prices for enhancements vary with shape and length, and designs may vary with skill level, time and added length or shape. The salon treats nail maintenance done more than three weeks after a GEL-X set as a new set, and repairs to more than four fingernails are likewise treated as a new set.

Other services include reflexology in 10, 15 or 20 minute sessions, waxing, take-off of acrylic, dip powder and gel polish, and cut-down work. Group bookings and requests for a specific technician are arranged by calling the salon, and the online booking page asks clients to call if they need to change a booking. Children under 11 pay $5 less than the regular manicure price.

The salon says it follows strict sanitation standards and sterilizes its tools, and that its technicians train in the latest techniques and trends.
