Consultations are free with no obligation and are used to decide whether a person is a suitable candidate for a hair transplant. The team looks at current hair loss, likely future loss with aging, and the thickness and texture of donor hair. People who cannot visit the office can send print or digital photographs of their hair loss for evaluation. If the practice determines it cannot meet a person's expectations, it does not recommend surgery.

This clinic offers surgical hair transplants using three methods: robotic FUE with the ARTAS 9x system, manual FUE, and FUT strip harvesting. In the FUT method, a thin strip of scalp is removed from the back or sides of the head and split into follicular units, often several thousand from a single strip. The units are separated under stereoscopic microscope magnification. Grafts containing one to four hairs are set in a random pattern, with single-hair grafts used along the front of the hairline. According to the clinic, hairlines look natural because only hair is moved, in the direction it naturally grows. Larger sessions moving 2,000 to 3,500 follicular units at once, lasting five to 10 hours, are also available. A unit within the practice is devoted to hair restoration and the medical management of hair loss, and the team uses current microscopes and operating lenses to separate grafts and protect follicles.

Beyond surgery, the practice offers PRP hair loss prevention, which injects a patient's own platelets, prepared from their blood in a three-step process, into the vascular layer of the scalp. Non-surgical hair replacement includes custom hairpieces, lace systems and bonded hair solutions that need no downtime and can be adjusted or removed over time. Transplants into scars use follicular unit grafting, and eyebrow transplants and restoration are also available. Propecia, a prescription medication, is mentioned as something that slows hair loss but does not stop it. Financing is available, and the cost depends on the number of grafts and procedures; the practice says cost per follicular unit can be as low as $4.42, depending on whether FUE or FUT is performed, and that it offers more value than lower-priced clinics.
