Clients can book mobile appointments at home or in the office, and a nurse works one-on-one with them during the visit. Only licensed registered nurses give the services, not paramedics or phlebotomists. An IV infusion usually takes about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the client and the fluid volume, and an intramuscular shot is typically given in under 10 seconds into the arm or buttock muscle.

The menu ranges from a B12 shot and several NAD+ options to electrolyte and vitamin infusions, glutathione pushes and custom blends formulated on request. Named combinations include the CEO Special and VIP Special, and the Afters Party Recovery Special is a custom drip priced on request. Corporate clients can arrange on-site IV therapy, B12 shots, COVID-19 testing and pop-up health fairs, with pricing set by request.

The business states that IV nutrients are absorbed at nearly 100 percent, compared with usually less than 10 percent for oral vitamins, and that the effects of IV hydration can last up to a week. It also states that its services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and that it does not provide medical care or act as a health care provider.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. A non-refundable booking deposit secures each appointment, and its amount varies by service. Travel fees range from $0 to $250 depending on distance from El Segundo and are stated at booking. Sunday and after-hours bookings carry a 25 percent surcharge, and holiday services carry a 75 percent surcharge. Late-night house calls have minimum fees starting at $1,000 for 8 to 9 PM and require a 50 percent down payment. Cards carry a 3.5 percent service fee, and the business accepts cash, Apple Cash, Zelle, Venmo, check, debit and credit. Tipping is optional and goes directly to the nurse.

All services are given only by licensed registered nurses, who the business says have at least two years of clinical bedside experience, including emergency department and intensive care settings. Nurses work one-on-one with clients in their homes or offices.
